    To rent a car, you must present the following: - A valid driving licence (issued at least 12 months before) - A valid ID (ID card or passport) - A credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit Please ensure that all documents are original and legible.     If you return the car after the agreed time, a surcharge may apply. The cost depends both on the length of the delay and the terms of the contract. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances, so that we can consider alternative solutions and limit additional costs.

    For the security deposit, main credit cards are accepted. The rental balance can be paid by debit cards, prepaid cards or cash. Payment can be made online at the time of booking or upon collection of the vehicle, depending on the service conditions.     Yes, you can cancel your booking according to the conditions set out at the time of purchase. In general, there is a deadline by which you can cancel free of charge. After this deadline, penalties may be applied. We recommend consulting the cancellation terms as described in the booking confirmation.

    Yes, a security deposit is usually required at the pick-up. This amount is temporarily blocked on the credit card registered in the main driver’s name and is used to cover any damage, fines, or additional costs not included in the rental agreement. The deposit amount can vary according to the vehicle model or other specific rental conditions. Provided that no damage or extra charges have been incurred, the deposit is released at the end of the rental after the vehicle has been returned.
